Once a reading is purchased, the preparation begins immediately. Because of this, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

For live sessions, if you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
