WILDSOL began with a full astrological business reading combined with my intuitive and psychic insights to establish the creative and strategic direction of the business online. From an existing logo, I developed the visual direction, color palette, website structure and customer experience.
We built the WordPress site in Elementor Pro, developed and customized the WooCommerce store, created forms, configured email marketing and automated blog notifications, and created ongoing blog content. The project also included full client training in WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce so the client could confidently manage the site herself.
Anita came to us with an existing website, but we chose to start over completely. After an initial strategy call that included discussion of her business and astrological direction, We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a fully custom Elementor Pro design, including all core pages, custom theme parts, image editing and consistent visual styling throughout the site.
We also built the service-selling side of the business, including WooCommerce products, booking functionality, opt-in forms and email marketing setup. The original booking system was built in Bookly and later migrated to Fluent Booking. We also configured Newsletter Plugin Pro, set up email automations and taught Anita how to create and manage her own campaigns.
Astrostealth was a complete rebuild from an existing website and brand that no longer served the business. We developed the new visual identity and logo, guided the domain and nameserver setup, and built a custom WordPress environment in Elementor Pro. Rather than using standard service pages, We created interconnected Reader and Reading content structures with custom fields and templates, allowing visitors to browse individual practitioners, explore reading types, see which readers offer each service, and book or contact the appropriate practitioner.
The project also included individual booking systems and contact forms, CRM and email infrastructure, SEO setup, legal pages, custom Elementor theme parts, and a simplified White Label Pro admin dashboard for the client. We coordinated directly with each practitioner to verify their profiles, services and booking information, created consistent AI-edited profile imagery, produced training videos, and provided ongoing client training and implementation support throughout the build.
Carly J. Hahn Official is a streamlined personal brand website built around three clear actions: learning about my frameworks, booking a private session, and completing the archetype quiz. We designed the entire site in Elementor Pro, including the custom visual system, page layouts and theme parts, with a deliberately focused user experience.
Behind the front end, We configured booking, CRM, forms, checkout and email infrastructure using the Fluent ecosystem, including conditional form logic and automated CRM workflows. The site also incorporates MCP and AI integrations, extending the WordPress environment beyond traditional website functionality and allowing connected tools and AI-supported workflows to interact with the platform.
