Mystic Matrix Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 15, 2023
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through Mystic Matrix (https://mysticmatrix.org). By completing a transaction through this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly personalized, intuitive, and energetically prepared nature of the services and digital products offered, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Mystic Matrix does not offer refunds for:
- Live 1:1 sessions
- Email-based readings
- Healing journeys or multi-session experiences
- Digital products, including meditations, rituals, eBooks, or downloadable tools
This policy is in place to preserve the energetic integrity of the work, protect the time and resources required for each offering, and maintain ethical boundaries around intuitive and spiritual services.
2. Live Session Rescheduling & Forfeiture
If you have purchased a live session or package:
- You must reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or failure to attend the session without notice—will result in forfeiture of that session.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of packages, including the Mystic Matrix Healing Journey.
3. Delivery of Services
- Email-based readings are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
- You will be notified by email once your report and/or audio session is ready.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and valid email address at checkout. Mystic Matrix is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect contact information.
4. Technical Issues with Digital Products
If you encounter a technical issue when accessing a digital product (e.g., download fails, corrupted file, or broken link):
- Please contact us within 3 business days of purchase.
- We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a fresh download link.
- Refunds will not be issued due to technical difficulties once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company after receiving services or digital content constitutes a breach of this agreement.
Mystic Matrix reserves the right to:
- Provide documentation and evidence of delivery to defend against false claims
- Block future purchases or ban access to services in the event of a fraudulent chargeback
6. Discretionary Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in rare, extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of Mystic Matrix. If a refund is granted:
- It will be processed to the original method of payment
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
