Our sessions are held over Google Meet to create an intentional, focused, and energetically clear space. To honor the connection we’re creating, I ask that you have your camera on during the session. Eye contact, presence, and energetic exchange are part of the work—and your full presence matters.

You do not need a Google account to join the call—but you will need access through either:

• A web browser (on desktop or laptop)

• The Google Meet app (on mobile or tablet—download it in advance if needed)

To ensure a smooth connection:

• ✅ Check your microphone and camera settings ahead of time

• ✅ Allow all necessary permissions for video and audio

• ✅ Choose a quiet, grounded space where you won’t be interrupted

🔗 Accessing the Call

• You’ll receive your private Google Meet link in the confirmation email after booking.

• If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Our time together is often layered, powerful, and full of deep insight—and it’s completely normal if you want to revisit what comes through. If you’d like your live Google Meet session recorded, just enable the permission to record the session on the intake form once payment is made.

The recording gives you the space to be fully present—no note-taking, no scrambling to remember what was said—just an opportunity to receive. You’ll be able to re-watch the guidance, sit with the messages, and integrate them in your own time.

This is included at no extra cost of course. After our session, you’ll receive a private link to download your video. Mystic Matrix recommends saving your session (video) to your personal device, as the file will only be available for 11 days before being permanently deleted from our system.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mystic Matrix, each offering is a sacred, energetically attuned process. Due to the nature of intuitive, astrological, and spiritual services and the preparation involved, all sales are final.

📦 Mystic Matrix Readings (Live + Email-Based)

• Once a reading is purchased, the preparation begins immediately. Because of this, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

• For live sessions, if you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

🌀 Mystic Matrix Healing Journey

• This is a multi-part experience that includes live sessions, access to materials, and energetic preparation. No refunds are issued once the journey has begun.

• If you cannot continue for any reason, you may request to pause your journey once (for up to 30 days), subject to approval.

• All digital downloads, eBooks, meditations, or rituals are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
